Golden milk rice pudding

So called because it is prepared with Turmeric which gives the milk its golden color, but also its benefits.

Recipe for 4 people


120 g round white rice

40 cl semi-skimmed milk

2 tbsp. Tablespoon Cane Sugar Panela

4 green cardamom capsules

1/2 tsp. turmeric coffee


  1. Open the green cardamom capsules and keep only the seeds
  2. Pour the rice, vegetable milk, sugar and cardamom seeds into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and put on medium heat.
  3. When the milk begins to boil, add the turmeric, cover and cook over low heat until all the milk is absorbed.
  4. Once cooked, pour everything into a dish or individual cups. It's ready !


For a vegan version, use unsweetened soy milk
