Usage tips

This typical dish from southern India is rice cooked with vegetables or meat, seasoned with spices reminiscent of the flavors of Madras and Bangalore. Fry your vegetables, meat or poultry in a pan with a little oil. Add this mixture of spices then the raw rice. Start with a teaspoon of the mixture for 100g of rice. Cover everything with cold water and cook without stirring until the water has completely evaporated.
