Red peppers
Red peppercorns come from the same grains as black peppercorns, they are harvested later. The grains are picked at full maturity, bursting with essential oils, they are also sweeter and develop warmer, smoother, rounder aromas. We often find empyreumatic notes such as cocoa, notes of candied fruit, or herbs reminiscent of cereals and blond tobacco of good quality.
