Wild Peppers

Wild peppers, by definition, are harvested in their natural state, often difficult to access, in the midst of lush vegetation. These peppers with exuberant scents are reminiscent of the forest, they develop woody notes, of undergrowth such as mushrooms, or truffles. It is a subtle marriage of earth and fruit from which we detect certain essences of citrus leaving an impression of freshness and a vegetal finish reminiscent of wild mint and eucalyptus.
