You will use it as a condiment, at the end of cooking or sprinkle directly on the plate on your dishes of red meat, poultry or game. To be used whole in your marinades, vinaigrettes, curries, dishes in sauces, stews, preserves and pickles.
Tip: roast the mustard seeds for a few seconds on a dry pan before use.
