Usage tips

To be used especially with tomatoes, stuffed, in sauce, pizza. Cooked, it will flavor soups, stews, stuffings, cream or butter sauce, grills and barbecues. Raw, to use in your salads, raw vegetables, vinaigrettes. Ideal with lamb, pork and chicken. It will give a Mediterranean touch to your pasta, potatoes, polenta and many vegetables. It can also be combined with parsley, basil, thyme and marjoram.
